Remember as a child, when you freely accepted and loved yourself and others; when you were gentle and empathetic to even the tiniest of creatures; when you inherently cared for your own emotional needs?

Somehow, as we age, we lose the ability to do these things. I can lead you back to this again. I want to foster your innate compassion and love—by guiding you back to gentle living, a sense of peace and purpose, and renewed vitality.

I founded Vegan in the Valley for this purpose. I have been living a vegan lifestyle for nearly 7 years, and have helped many friends, family members, and colleagues transition and maintain a vegan lifestyle.
